Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Aeryx account and all associated data by completing the form below. We will process your request within 30 days.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Fill in the form below with your name and the email address linked to your Aeryx account.
  2. 2Click "Send deletion request". Your email client will open with a pre-filled message addressed to our support team.
  3. 3Send the email. You will receive a confirmation reply within 5 business days.
  4. 4Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request.

What gets deleted

Permanently deleted

  • Account profile (name, email)
  • All recorded sessions and activity data
  • App preferences and settings

Retained (anonymised)

  • Aggregated, anonymised analytics (no personal identifiers) — retained for up to 2 years for product improvement.
  • Records required by applicable law or to resolve disputes — retained for the legally required period.
